Paul grew up in his dad’s Fabrication Company, and while other kids were playing with toy cars, he was learning how to form and weld metal. In addition to having the longest apprenticeship in the world, Paul can now be found in the office most days and is responsible for production and estimating jobs. 

Martin is the in house Sales and purchasing Director. Martin joined the company 30 years ago and has a wealth of experience in the fabrication industry. His engaging personality is one of his greatest assets He can be found in the office every day and on the golf course at weekends.

Craig is a director of P Winfield Industrial Service and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production work through the factory , he has recently moved into the office is responsible for quoting etc  . Having been with the company since leaving school, the diversity of projects passing through the work shop has given Craig experience far beyond his years. Very much still hands on; he is an experienced one/off plater and a fully coded welder, and is older than his boyish looks would have you believe
